Mindful Mental Health Services

We are Rachael Crane and Charlotte Jarrad we are qualified Mental Health nurses with over 20 years experience of working with people with mental health issues both inpatient and in the community. We have also worked closely with family and other professional services.

We are currently offering assessments, signposting and individualised care packages for those people wishing to purchase a service in order to aid recovery.
