Me Time - Holistic

As a working woman and a busy mother myself, I know just how precious those small moments of 'Me Time' can be. You know, those times when you do something totally for yourself that will recharge your batteries and let you really relax. Those important times when you take care of yourself and your health so that you are better equipped to take care of those around you.

My aim is to provide a setting in which women can really relax and enjoy those precious moments. With a quiet room, candles, gentle music and a relaxing massage, facial or other treatment they can unwind and feel the stresses fading away - for an hour at least!

I also specialise in massage during pregnancy. Pregnancy can be such a wonderful and precious time for women and yet can also really stress and strain our bodies during those 9 months. Massage can be a delightful way to ease some of the unique aches and pains that are experienced during this special time.

I choose to use all natural oils, creams and scents to make the experience as healthy as it is relaxing. As a Neal's Yard Organics Independent Consultant I make these wonderful, ethical and refreshingly natural products available for you to use at home as well as using them in a variety of my treatments on offer. So, come and be pampered for a while and you will feel all the better for it.
