Coaching is defined by the ICF as 'partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential, which is particularly important in today’s uncertain and complex environment'. So i don't have the answers, but I help and guide you to find the answers in order to progress both personally and professionally.

I have worked with a number of school leavers, both as a coach, but also focusing on their CVs, interview technique and mock interviews. I have special packages available to school leavers.

Liz has over 16 years experience as a coach and trainer and is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coach Federation, which is a globally recognised organisation which aims to raise the standards of coaching and only recognises coaches of a high standard who have also undertaken a significant amount of training to be a coach.
