From our cardio area, free weights area, ‘Life Fitness’ machines and equipment, Floodlight 120m2 undercover astroturf functional training area with equipment like Prowlers, Battle Ropes, Barrels, Tires, Power Bags to use & our outdoor custom built Callisthenics area as well as personal training sessions from friendly top UK athletes during event days, shower & wash room, tanning bed, onsite fitness clothing/supplement store and much more.
