Marlow Open Water Swim

Marlow Open Water Swim is now running the Open Water Swimming, Running, Aquathlon (Swim/ Runs) and SUP Boarding at Westhorpe Lakes, which is located in the heart of the Thames Valley, easily accessible from the whole of Berkshire, Buckinghamshire and Oxfordshire.

With over 45 acres of lake space and some of the best running trails and river Thames towpath nearby, Marlow Open Water Swim at Westhorpe Lakes is a great place for the summer months to train, relax and unwind after a long day at work or start to your weekend.

The team are all highly experienced athletes and have raced at every level in triathlon, plus have over 15 years experience in running open water swimming venues and sporting events.

If you want to take up open water swimming or your first triathlon, or just want a safe and professionally run lake to train from, then Marlow Open Water Swim is the place to be in the summer.

We provide open water swim coaching and triathlon coaching all season and can cater for all levels. All of the coaches have competed for many years and are qualified to take you through your paces and get the results you look to achieve.

Throughout the summer months, there are Aquathlon Races, Open Water Swim races and Full Moon Swims, which happens for times throughout the summer months. Keep an eye on the Events pages for dates and how to enter.
