Marine Fit is for anyone who wants to improve their fitness, be challenged, have fun working out and meet a team of like-minded individuals.

Training with Marine Fit you will get stronger, lose weight, tone up and increase stamina with specially designed Marine-influenced workouts that push the boundaries of your fitness.

Marine Fit is Harrogate's primary military-inspired bootcamp that is available to ANY level of fitness. Even if you've not trained for a long time or think you're not very fit; our sessions are broken in to 3 groups:

Alpha's – if you're new to working out
Bravo's – for moderate fitness levels
Commando's – a real challenge for those at an advanced fitness level
Whatever level you are at, we can accommodate you with a challenging but safe workout that ensure you achieve your goals.

Our sessions incorporate teamwork as an integral part of the training and camaraderie is high. Building lifelong bonds and friendships – just like in the Marines. We even encourage you to come and train with your partner. No matter if you're not at the same fitness level, we run joint sessions on Saturdays where all of our groups merge and everyone gets the chance to train together.

When you join you'll be partnered up with an experienced member who can show you the ropes and support you, as you get used to the training.
