M&M Football Academy

M&M Football Academy was created by Sammy Moore (Leyton Orient F.C. Midfielder) & Jack Midson (Eastleigh F.C Striker) in August 2013 to give the youth of Kent the opportunities that they were lucky enough to get when they were just kids to give them the success they have had to this day.

Both Kent born boys decided that there was some fantastic talent in football down here on the coast & decided it was time for something to be set up to challenge, push and recognise the potential these kids had.

Setting up the academy at Three Hills Sports Park in Folkestone in Aug 13 was a massive success and has grown from strength to strength over the last 3 years. We have gained some highly experienced and qualified coaches that have helped guide our youth through training and those nerve wracking times when attending professional academies to play fixtures.

Opening our new centre in Margate in partnership with Margate F.C. is now running on wednesday evenings at Hartsdown Park at Margate 6pm-8pm.

M&M strives to give each individual the support and dedication they need right from the start ages of 2 - 5 years, providing a Sunday morning session from 10am - 11am - this session enables these toddlers to play with balls, goals, ladders and other football training equipment but in a relaxed, fun environment - hopefully gaining the opportunity to move up into the main academy when turning 5/6yrs.

The main academy youth aged 6-16 are given fantastic opportunities from attending premiership league clubs training venues/ground and playing professional fixtures against them - ranging from prem academy clubs to league 2 clubs.

We have had 9 kids sign professional football contracts through being scouted by clubs when attending either training or playing in professional games!
