I only post on Tuesdays and Fridays.
All items are posted at Royal Mail postage rates. My standard postage is 1st Class recorded delivery. If you would like this altered, please let me know. Any items sent unrecorded, are at your own risk.
Royal mail will only class an item as 'missing' after 15 days. If your parcel hasnt arrived within a week, please contact me but I am unable to action anything until the 15 day period has passed.

Allergy information.
Whilst I do my best to provide 'free from' items, please be aware that my kitchen is a home based kitchen, and I do use a number of allergens within my cooking such as nuts, dairy, wheat, soya etc.
Your reciepe and items will be 'free from' but made in a kitchen which uses allergens.
