The MamaBabyBliss Pregnancy Bliss classes will help to strengthen your body for childbirth, provide you with some great techiniques to make your pregnancy more comfortable and help you to relax during your pregnancy and bond with your baby before the birth.
Once you have had your baby the the MamaBabyBliss Baby Massage and Baby Yoga classes will ensure your baby has the very best start in life – mentally, physically and emotionally. They are also a wonderful opportunity to make new friends and most of all it's fun!
Our Baby Massage and Yoga classes will help:

All classes are small, there are never more than 8 in a class for ALL classes including Pregnancy Yoga - it provides the opportunity to work with you closely and for you to make new friends in a comfortable environment. Because class sizes are small pre-booking is essential.
