Lucetta Creations

I started my cake making career before I left school working at a local bakery as a saturday job. I found the creative side of the bakery business of great interest and learnt my craft in the confectionary & finishing department. Wanting to work with others to widen my skills, I worked in four other local bakeries, crafting and finishing many different styles of cakes, from Traditional Royal Icing and piping to more contemporary rolled out icing designs & novelties.

I have continued to add to my skills, by attending various courses including advanced flower, and character modelling, and also Level 1 & 2 Chocolatier at the Barry Callebaut Chocolate Academy in Oxford, where I learnt the skills to make Hand Made Chocolates and moulded figures.
