I have achieved my goal this year.... what's yours?
Along side my personal training I also offer clean macro based diet plans which have been proven to work by my clients and this is why I can offer money back guarantees on my plans.

In my spare time in between clients I work with the Blaby District Council as an exercise referral instructor. This involves working with people with medical and health conditions. The successes I have had gives me great satisfaction in the fact that I am helping people create a happier and healthier lifestyle.

I am starting my level 4 Cardiac Rehab qualification in November this year which will allow me to expand my knowledge and help a wider range of clients.

I have taught circuits and boxercise classes in the past but currently working more on a 1-1 basis with my pt clients and nutrition clients.

I am based at The Warehouse Gym in Leicester with my personal training but I also do home visits for clients and also outdoor sessions.
