Established in 1898, Lester Bowden’s has been a classic gentleman’s outfitters for over a century. Operating from its stunningly beautiful late 17th century premises in Epsom, we pride ourselves in our high-quality service; a family tradition running through generations of the Bowden family. Aside from our popular bespoke men’s and ladies’ fashions, we also continue to uphold a strong heritage of supplying quality riding wear, as well as providing school wear for many schools in the area.

Our personal tailoring service has flourished for over 40 years, ensuring that all our customers leave with something that will fit perfectly, whilst our complete sporting tailors ensure that we can provide you with all that you need; we cater for a diverse demographic, with past customers including The Prince of Wales, The Sultan of Oman, and Sir Winston Churchill. These customers of note are, of course, merely the tip of the iceberg with respect to the thousands of devoted customers who continue to shop at Lester Bowden in our historic building, once a famous 19th century coaching house.
