Georgie teaches Kundalini Yoga & Meditation to all ages, shapes & sizes in Herefordshire. As well as adults, she teaches children in & out of schools, pregnancy, mums & babies, tots classes & teenagers in Children's Homes. Georgie also offers private yoga therapy for all kinds of emotional & physical healing. She is also a doula & offers antenatal, birth & post-natal support.
