The Kettering Bootcamp is a weight loss and fitness class run by Jamie Flanagan. Jamie is a fully qualified personal trainer, professional sports coach and nutritional adviser. On top of that Jamie is an 11 times British champion speed skater, with the most recent titles won this year.

Jamie welcomes all ages, shapes and sizes to The Bootcamps and is very proud of the fun and friendly atmosphere created by all who attend.

The Bootcamps combine the best parts of having a personal trainer and nutritional adviser with the fun and motivation of a group exercise class.

As we all know exercise is only part of the puzzle when trying to achieve your health and fitness goals, what and how you eat also plays a key role.

This is where the Bootcamps stand apart from any conventional fitness/weightloss class. Each Bootcamp member gets a healthy eating guide on their first session. On top of that Jamie will provide as much or as little nutritional support for every Bootcamp member via email, text or phone without question 7 days a week! Not just during bootcamp hours!

Once you are part of Jamie's Bootcamp family you can cut out any guess work relating to your health, fitness and nutrition by getting personal bespoke advice from an expert whenever you want it! You won't find another fitness class with that level of service.

Years training as a top level British Champion athlete and further years spent as a professional sports coach and personal trainer has resulted in Jamie being able to design a fitness class like no other.

The Bootcamps are fun and extremely effective for all shapes and sizes. The classes are designed in a way that means the only person you are competing against is yourself. All exercises are performed to a specific time limit meaning you don't have to worry about keeping up with anyone else, you just do as much as you can in the allocated time.

Does this mean you get a easy ride? No! Jamie will push you to your absolute limit to make sure you get the best result for you possible.
