Kelso Wholefoods was established in the mid 80’s and is currently owned by sisters Pat Dagg, Anne Oliver and June Wight.

We are covered by the Scottish Borders Health and Safety Executive and have a full Environmental Health certificate.

Our main supplier, Suma Wholefoods provides us with most of our nuts, seeds and pulses. Suma is the UK’s largest independent wholefood-distributor. Specialising in vegetarian, fairly traded, ethical and natural products, ethical trading was Suma’s starting point and is now woven into the fabric of their business.

We stock a wide variety of wholefoods in store, including many items produced locally in the Scottish borders. We have a huge range of herbs, spices, nuts, seeds and pulses, cheeses, frozen goods etc. We have a good range of products for those following a gluten, wheat or dairy free diet.
