This programme has been designed for 4 to 16 year olds with emphasis on fun, creativity and diversity. Junior Bounce Dancefit involves moves from across many genres of dance from commercial tunes to hip hop, house, waacking, vogueing and lots more!
Similar to the adult programme, Junior Bounce Dancefit focuses on kids getting fit, having fun, boosting confidence and making friends. There is no pressure of exams with optional mini performances at the end of each half term to parents.
