Judith Didham Yoga

I run yoga classes on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays (full details are on my website at www.judithdidham.co.uk )

I am based in Gurnard on the Isle of Wight and work as a yoga teacher and complementary therapist offering aromatherapy, Bach flower remedies, Indian head massage, meditation and reflexology.

I have been practising reflexology since gaining an IIHHT Diploma in Reflexology in 1998. I undertook further study in 2000, which led to full membership of the Association of Reflexologists (AOR). I have also studied with Pauline Wills in London on the subject of integrating colour with reflexology; a fascinating subject in its own right. This course is only open to fully qualified and practising reflexologists.

Since then I have broadened my areas of expertise by adding body massage, aromatherapy, Indian head massage and Bach flower essences, thus giving my patients greater choice. I run my own complementary practice from home.
