JH Fitness Academy

JH Fitness Academy provides a dedicated group fitness centre. It is different to a franchise gym in that it specialises in fitness classes and personal training. It is also home to Cambridge Thai Boxing Academy.

Junior Herbert has had a successful career in muay thai earning three English titles in kickboxing and muay thai, and a commonwealth middleweight title in muay thai in 2007. He has also been working as a successful freelance personal trainer since 2003. Junior's vision is to host a variety of classes within the fitness centre as well as thai boxing and also use the centre to personal train. The centre will also have other experienced instructors working in their field of expertise. Please see the timetable for further information and class times.
