Fitness classes take place at St Mary's Church on Vale Road, Ash Vale.
Monday night's class (7.15pm) is a HIIT and Tone class. The HIIT section has short bursts of High Intensity Excercises separated by timed rests. This is beneficial to the cardiovascular system and burns lots of calories! High Intensity may sound 'scary' but there are always options to fit your specific needs, so it is suitable for all abilities!
The toning section is a whole body workout (sometimes we target one particular area e.g. tummies or legs)
FITSTEPS (Tuesdays at 7.15pm) is a fun workout inspired by Strictly Come Dancing We dance Waltz, Quickstep,Cha Cha Cha, Jive etc. You do not have to be a dancer and you don't need a partner, it is for everyone! Come and Join in it's "Strictly Fun"
