Indigo Integrated Solutions

Indigo Integrated Solutions Ltd was incorporated on 13th July 2010 and is based in Poole, Dorset.

We formed the company in response to the emergence of the Cloud; a disruptive technology that fundamentally changes how information and communication solutions are procured, delivered and maintained.

Seeing value added resellers struggle to adapt to the Cloud, we believed that it would be better to start a company geared towards the Cloud from the start.

The Cloud hasn’t always delivered; many Cloud providers offer one-size-fits-all solutions, transact primarily online, use offshore support and are evasive about where their Cloud is located.

We provide the Cloud but we still work with traditional values; we’ll visit you during the sales cycle, a consultant will work with you to specify your solution and whatever goes wrong there will always be someone less than two hours away.

Our Cloud is in datacentres in Bournemouth and London on hardware and software that we own, manage and secure. That means we have total control over our Cloud and we’re not dependent on offshore call centres, wholesalers, aggregators or other Cloud providers; our fate is in our own hands.

Whether you decide to move your entire infrastructure to our Cloud or just take one of our Cloud services, you can be confident that the same people that sold, specified and installed it will be the same team that continue to manage and support it. Because we own our own Cloud, we have the flexibility to provide the solution you need rather than one that suits us.

With Indigo it doesn’t start and end at the Cloud; we have the experience and the ability to provide end to end solutions; from consulting, through delivery through to operations and from the computer on the desk, the tablet in the field through to our Cloud.
