At luvyoga we really do love yoga , we see yoga as a means to become fit and healthy inside and out. Hot Yoga is fast paced and can give us a real feeling of accomplishment. Yoga can give us so much peace even when lifes stresses have left us feeling overwhelmed. It's fantastic for the mind body and soul. Currently specialising in Hot yoga we will soon start a kids yoga class , providing yoga for individuals of all ages.
