Designed to be practised by people of all abilities, all fitness levels and all age groups, it is a style of yoga that can be quickly learnt. The aims of Dru Yoga remain simple; to help relieve the enormous stress and pressures of modern-day living.
Each posture and sequence has very specific therapeutic benefits for the body and mind. Conscious intention takes the healing process deeper when you add the affirmations and visualisations given with each posture.
