Hi, I'm Deborah Sims. I am a qualified clinical hypnotherapist (GHR reg) and recently completed my training as a cognitive behavioural hypnotherapist (qualification pending). I am a course assistant with the internationally respected Anglo European College of Therapeutic Hypnosis in October 2015. Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy is an evidence-based approach which means I give you a clear rationale behind every technique used. My consistent approach to therapy is about promoting individuals as masters of their own change. I believe in focusing on what is happening now to inform habitual, behavioural or emotional changes that can massively enhance your future.
