Join Jacqui our fantastic Hot Yoga Teacher every Tuesday, Thursday and Friday at 18:30 pm and Sunday 10.00 am for an amazing Yoga experience. We heat the studio to 40.5 C thats 105 F - you then do a Yoga class designed according to the season, moon, celestial movements that are relevant - Jacqui is an expert on nutrition and movement and will entertain you throughout the class with her knowledge and wisdom.
