We are a Brand new Care / Home Help service based in Rowlands Gill and serve the Tyne and Wear area. Primarily aimed at offering a fully flexible care package tailored to each individuals needs and wants.

I have been involved in care for 10+ Years with Home Help companies and the N.H.S and saw many areas which I feel could be improved, the experience I have built up has now allowed me to begin this business. Rest assured you, or your loved one will be looked after to the very highest standards set by myself and my company.




Founded in 2016 Home Help Tyne and Wear is a brand new care/home help company in the Newcastle Gateshead area, our primary aim is to offer a fully flexible care package continually adapting to the service users needs aiding them in personal and practical support to help them live their lives to the best of their ability.




We adhere to and promote the rights of our service user whereby recognising them as an individual, giving them respect with regard to dignity and privacy we also recognise cultural differences and an individuals value base.


We focus on providing a service which allows the user to control their lives and make informed choices whilst note their needs and wants.

It is also imperative that a basic need to be safe clean and comfortable and to be able to complain without fear are also crucial to us.

My name is Lisa 27, born and raised in Rowlands Gill and have been involved all my life with the care industry. I have worked with many care companies and the N.H.S.
My Life revolves around caring for others and there is nothing else I would rather do. I know what it means to be a good carer and what those qualities are. I know that it can be daunting for a client to welcome someone in to their home and that there has to be a good bond between carer and service user, to be able to fit in with their lifestyle, to be a good communicator and to make their life easier are just a few of these qualities.
I aim to provide the best care available and im currently a one person business. This is mainly because im not interested in employing anyone who is just looking for a job. I am passionate about care and only want to work with people who also share that vision.
I love working with the elderly and making sure that i brighten their day, even if im just having a chat over a cup of tea or doing some shopping. I get job satisfaction off leaving a service users home leaving them with a smile on their face, as i also know that sometimes i might be the only person they see that day.
Home Help Tyne and Wear is my vision of how a care company should be ran and i pride myself on my work.
