Set up in 2005 by brothers Angus and Joe McCaig, the Holt pub and restaurant serves à la carte and tapas with a thoughtfully sourced wine list, the full range of Otter beers and an eclectic range of spirits.
The Holt also offers excellent bread making courses and smoking and curing classes, taught by Angus McCaig.
