I have found simple skills of mindfulness and mindfulness based compassionate living to be invaluable keys to developing stress resilience in both my personal and professional lives.
I teach Mindfulness for Stress, Living Well with Pain and Illness, and The Kind Heart of Mindfulness courses, as a way of sharing the benefits of this simple yet radically beneficial approach to life's challenges.
I am also a fully qualified and experienced reflexologist offering optional simple mindfulness guidance within my 1:1 reflexology sessions as a way of enhancing the relaxation benefits of reflexology treatment.
