Half Pint Pole

Here at Half Pint Pole we are offering Pole Fitness classes to women of all ages who have previous or no pole fitness experience.
No mixed ability classes, with every class including work on a spinning and static poles.
As a qualified Pole Dance Instructor with over 5 years experience you will always be in safe hands.
