The BTEC Extended Diploma in Graphic Design here at Mid Cheshire College is a fantastic starting point for anyone who is interested in Graphics Design. The course provides you with an introduction and understanding of all aspects of graphic design. We only use the most up to date software on our impressive collection of Apple Mac’s. You will be taught by industry professionals who have years of experience working within the design industry.

The programme is divided into 17 units including: T-Shirt Design, Advertising, Illustration, CD design, Corporate Identity, Packaging and Specialist Computer Illustration. There is no formal end of course examination, which is really no surprise, as so many young talented artists and designers prefer continual assessment. This gives you the opportunity to re-submit work and improve your grades, helping you to keep engaged and motivated throughout the course
