I have a BSc (Hons) degree in Sport & Exercise Science and have been a UKSCA Accredited Strength & Conditioning Coach. I am a qualified Metafit Instructor, Grit Coach and an Active IQ L3 Personal Trainer.
Having previously worked with Scottish and GB athletes preparing for European, World and Olympic competition. I'm now using this knowledge and experience to work with athletes looking for performance improvements, or moving to the next level on the high performance ladder as well as working with individuals looking to improve their health, fitness and wellbeing.
