Hi, My name is Graham and I have been a chef for 14 years now. I have started up a new business in the Brighton & Hove area. I do two services I can either come to your home and school you on different culinary techniques and recipes for £50 for two hours or £60 for three. The other is I produce a high class canapé evening for you and your guests in the comfort of your own home great for special occasions or just a relaxing night with a few friends. please feel free to email or call for details, my canapé prices vary as I cater for what ever you would like and is then priced accordingly.
