We are a new and innovative healthy meal restaurant based in Southend, Essex. As well as in store we also prepare and deliver freshly prepared food daily or weekly as per requirement (collection service also available). All our meals are macro balanced and are not only delicious but affordable. We believe eating healthy shouldn't be boring or expensive! We are Southend United Football Clubs official food sponsors for the 2016/17 season as well as a number of varied establishments.
