Why Train with us?
Having been teaching in the fitness industry for many years I've come to understand that to improve the 21st-century lifestyle all we have to do is move more and move better. Train like the way we move every day pick up, put things down, reach for a shelf, twist and turn. I have two children and when they were small and crawling as a parent myself and wife spent alot time bending down and picking them up but as they have grown you realise that you don't bend down as far and before you know you don't at all. So let’s get moving....
