We offer a variety of memberships and personal training packages in addition to nutritional and diet advice. We have qualified Nutrition Coaches too.
Here at Fitness Republic we have trainers that specialise in rehabilitation after illnesses and injuries and Body Transformations.

We have the fantastic Boditrax system which is a body composition test and is a great way to not only set your goals but to consistently track them too.

We have classes running through the week which include Insanity, Metafit, Pilates, Box Fit, Pump. Spinning and Legs, Bums and Tums. Classes are also open to non members.
