Fisher Cottage is part of the AP Lets group. It is a quaint, cosy 2 bed holiday cottage ideally located in Hornsea, East Riding of Yorkshire.

This end-terrace cottage provides holiday accommodation of a very high standard, the ground floor comprises of a fully equipped kitchen with fridge-freezer, microwave, fan oven and halogen hob. The washing machine is located in the utility room just off the kitchen. The lounge has a very cozy chesterfield settee, two chairs and a wood burning stove. LED TV, Sky HD box and an in-built, wall mounted amp with ceiling speakers, which you are able to connect any device with a headphone socket to play your stored music. The ground floor benefits from under floor heating which makes the original 160 year old quarry tiles a pleasure to walk on.

Fisher Cottage is just a 10 minute walk from the Blue Flag sandy beach and council run leisure complex. The town centre is only a 5 minute walk away which offers shops, pubs and restaurants. Supermarket with filling station is only 2 minutes walk. Hornsea Mere is Yorkshire’s largest natural fresh water lake, views of which can be seen from the rear garden and bedroom. Boats can be hired at the Mere for rowing and fishing. Local attractions include Honeysuckle Farm, Hornsea Freeport, The Deep Sealife Experience (Hull), Wassand Hall & walled gardens, Burton Agnes Hall and Sewerby Hall. Within a half hour’s drive is the market town of Beverley, whilst further inland lies the rolling countryside of the Yorkshire Wolds.

Hornsea is well known for its former pottery factory, Hornsea Pottery, which closed in 2000. The largest display of Hornsea Pottery in the world can be seen at the Hornsea Museum.
