Welcome to Feet First Reflexology I am a Reflexologist based in Leighton Buzzard offering complementary therapies and mindfulness in the comfort of your own home.

I aim to offer you professional, spa quality treatments with all the advantages of you not having to leave home - stress free, no parking worries and no more worrying about people seeing you without your make up on!

With a passion for reflexology I continue to learn and develop my reflexology practice and have trained to specialise in pregnancy, fertility, nervous system, cancer care & lymphatic drainage.

During 2014 I trained at the Christie Hospital in Manchester to be able to offer Mindfulness Coaching to both individuals and groups.
