Equilibrium Recruitment was set up in 2006 as a Career Management Consultancy for Experienced Recruitment Consultants/Managers/Directors. After over a decade in Recruitment and the best part of it in the Rec 2 Rec market place I noticed a huge void.
Equilibrium was established to fill this hole in the market place, we created the business to be a long term network of trusted recruitment partners, we offer up to a £1000.00 referral fee's for successful placements of people referred to us encouraging all our candidates and clients to work with us in a long term partnership.
The aim of the business is to be the "TRUSTED" recruitment partner of experienced recruiters looking for their next move.
