The English Euro College not only offers the opportunity to learn another language, but also to learn about the cultures and customs of another county.

We are a seasonal language school situated in the beautiful south west coastal town of Teignmouth in South Devon, England.

Teignmouth (twinned with the Brittany town of Perros Guirec) is a quiet seaside fishing town with a beautiful beach and where we are able to offer our students a totally traditional English atmosphere.

Established in 1995, we have been offering English summer courses for over 18 years. We pride ourselves on personal attention with FAQfamily values.


Our 3 week English summer course is a comprehensive, supervised programme for students aged between 11 and up to 18 years, and includes English classes in the mornings and activities /excursions in the afternoons. One of the highlights of the course is a full day excursion to the capital city of London where students will enjoy a sightseeing tour of all the main attractions, a visit to the British Museum and some time for shopping in the West End.

Our experienced and qualified teachers and leaders supervise the course work and well being of the students.

Our caring host families are personally visited and selected by the principal – Isobel Squirrell.
