At Endeavour Lifestyle Fitness, our aim is to not only provide a fun fitness hour, once a month, but to also bring a personal touch to you with your very own health check at the start of each session.

This is carried out by your own personal trainer, who will work with you to create a program of health, nutrition and exercise that is easily adaptable to your everyday lifestyle.

Who needs to run 5 miles a day in the rain on you own when our exercises can be easily undertaken in the comfort of your own home?!

With this in mind, if you require a more in-depth exercise plan, this can also be arranged directly with Ryan.

Membership is £5.00 per session which will be paid on the morning. Sessions will be form 9.30am on one Sunday per month...dates to be confirmed...watch the wall for more information!
