Full product details are found in the Albums in the photographs. All items are handmade to order, and contain small parts by their nature so please exercise care around small children. Not suitable for children under 3 due to choking hazard.

Button blanks used are made from Aluminium therefore nickel and cadmium free.

Due to pattern placement, you may find some designs differ slightly from the photographs. Where there is a single feature on the button, we will try to match as close as possible to the portrayed photography, floral patterns may however vary slightly.

Mini (23mm button) are sold in pairs and are £3.50 per pair. This size is great for preschool children, in bunches or as plaits.

Regular (28mm button) are sold as either singles for £2.20 or in matching pairs for £4.00. Can be used in pairs on older children or adults, or make a nice single ponytail.

Large (38mm) are sold as either singles for £3 or in mixed pairs for £5.50. Great for thicker hair on older children and grown up girls alike.

Postage by Royal Mail first class is £1.20 or free for orders over £20, which will be sent Royal Mail first class signed for.

We want to provide you with a high quality product. The fabrics are lined in the majority of cases, (all bar some of the thicker Japanese fabrics), to achieve a high quality finish. The bands are all 2mm thick, and black ones are Goody Ouchless, with further colours from this brand expected shortly. Remaining colours are good quality from a UK specialist craft supplier.


HOW TO ORDER

Orders can be made through Facebook private message to Ditsy Dot.

Please either screen shot of the desired design or provide name/description, including size requested and if there is a choice of band colour, the colour requested.

An invoice will then be sent to your email address address once the products are made up. All payments are to be made via paypal goods/services.


RETURNS

We really hope that your order arrives as intended, but in the event of any products being faulty, at Ditsy Dot we are happy to refund you or issue a replacement for any item that is faulty – on receipt of a photograph of the faulty product. In the event of faulty items we will cover the cost of 2nd class return postage (we do suggest you obtain a proof of postage from the post office).

*If you are returning products that are not faulty, then the cost of returning the product to us is your responsibility.*
Before returning any item to us, we do ask that it is in the same condition as when you first bought it. Please ensure you have taken reasonable care to make certain that it is returned safely and not damaged in transit. Please include original packaging where possible.

Please note that you may cancel this contract if you give us notice by Facebook message at any time before the expiry of a period of 14 working days beginning with the day after the day of delivery of the goods.

Your statutory rights are not affected.
