What is CrossFit?

At CrossFit Deviant, we believe that your physical training should prepare you for the challenges that life throws at you, the unknown and the unknowable. We offer a constantly varied programme that will increase work capacity (Fitness) across broad time (long, short medium) and modal domains (various scenarios and movements). Our programme is used by elite athletes and special forces all over the world, to those who just want more energy and strength to make life easier.

We understand that the needs of an 80 year old Grandparent, Marine and Professional Athlete will differ but by degree and not kind. We scale the programme and moves to suit YOU! We will teach you a huge range of different training modalities. They include Olympic lifting, Power Lifting, Kettlebell Training, Basic Gymnastics, Running and Rowing.

We are a results based gym that prides itself in having a community of people unlike any gym you have ever been to. CrossFitters are interested in one thing – Results!! More surprisingly, you will soon find out that all of our members want exactly the same for you as well, to become Stronger, Fitter and Faster!
