All twin bedrooms have two single beds with wardrobe and drawers and Flat screen Freeview TV.

Separate Shower Room and WC.

Second Toilet(***208 Only****)

Shower room has Power Shower with thermostatic controls. Wash hand basin.

WC and wash hand basin.

A upright vacuum cleaner is also provided.

There is a Private Car Parking space at the rear of Holiday Home.

29 is 37ft x 12ft extra wide.
208 is 37ft x 13ft extra wide.

A Fire Extinguisher and Smoke Alarm, CO Detector are provided for your safety.

Both Homes are strictly No Smoking Holiday Homes , This includes Vaping and hanging out of windows. . Please be aware your deposit may be at risk if this is not adhered to.
