Our Story:

The Original Crafty Betty: Betty Brown
(1929 to 1992)

She was my dear grand mother; my sewing inspiration; the original Crafty Betty. Inspiring me from the very beginning with her endless supplies of fabric remnants, beads and buttons, Betty Brown taught me to sew.

Crafty Betty is a leading provider of craft parties and workshops for all ages. Whether its a hen party, corporate event, children's party or even a public event we can host the perfect party for you! We offer our famous 'Crafternoon' Tea Parties where you can celebrate a special birthday with Traditional Afternoon Tea whilst learning Arts & Crafts Skills and we also have our very own shop/studio where we run regular workshops and drop in sessions for budding artists. We also produce Wedding Stationery and Accessories, sell online handmade items we have produced and some from local crafts people. We keep an eye of on the current trends ensuring that we keep things fresh with new and exciting ideas.
