Who are we?

Concept Building Solutions are a industry leading insurance claims handling company specialising in property claims management and building reinstatement.
Our local managers act on behalf of policyholder’s when they have a property claim to ensure that they receive a fair settlement and a high quality repair to their property. We work on behalf of both domestic and commercial policyholders. We also work closely with insurance brokers, property agents, loss assessors, plumbers, roofers etc. to provide them with excellent customer care when the need arises.
Concept Building Solutions have been trading since 2001 and have since gone on to become the largest Network of insurance claims managers and building repair specialists in the UK.
Concept Building Solutions local managers project manage the repair work to property following negotiation with insurers and loss adjusters on behalf of the policyholder.
