Colets Health and Fitness Club

Set in 15 acres of beautiful grounds in the heart of Thames Ditton, we’re a local independent health club where the focus really is on you. Operating on a not-for -profit basis means we are constantly re-investing back into the club, giving us a club to be proud of and happy members too!

Our philosophy is to provide a positive environment where members can enjoy the wide ranging benefits of regular exercise.

We believe that keeping fit can be as much a state of mind as it is of body. Modern day living can be stressful for young and old alike and we feel that a relaxed environment with friendly and welcoming staff is a good way to counteract that. Whether you are here for a swim, a work-out in the gym, a salon treatment or simply to relax, we hope our approach helps you to feel good about yourself and life in general!
