Clubbercise with Andrea in Sittingbourne

Try my Clubbercise class it will bring a nightout to your work out whilst at the same time you'll get fit and have fun with these easy-to-follow dance fitness routines.

We use glow sticks for the whole work-out, including warm up and cool down.
The routines are always easy to follow with high & low impact options.

What should I wear/bring?
No heels! Just trainers and sports wear & don't forget your bottle of water as we are going to sweat or should I say GLOW!

Do I need have dance back ground or be fit?
No a reasonable level of fitness helps, but you can pick either the low or high option to suit you. So you will feel at home in class if you are just starting out or a fitness freak!

Do I need glow sticks?
Yes!!! Clubbercise would not be Clubbercise with out them! You can purchase them for me on your first class. Or if you already have official Clubbercise glow sticks you can bring your own.
