More about Circo by Clayton's Kitchen

Spanning the day and night scene of Bath, Circo provides a great new space for those looking to find that ideal working spot or casual meeting place during the day.
With possibly the strongest Wi-Fi in a ‘hot desking environment’ in Bath, it should be a natural draw for those looking for dependable connectivity, great coffee, lunch and service. And of course the obligatory ‘after work drink’.

Highlights for Rob’s new lunch based menu (that will be served through the day) will be his delicious flat breads, with choices of toppings including Little Haven Pembrokeshire dressed crab with chives and lemon, or the mouth watering roasted red onion and smoked chicken with smoked cheddar. Tasting is believing.

Rob will also be serving his ‘Little Bites’ – small plates to share or perfect as a match to pre-dinner cocktails. Immediate ‘go to’? Savory Bonbon’s – As the name suggests and filled with melted Glamorgan cheese or slow cooked pork and served with cranberry and applesauce dips.

Selected mains will also be available, with his streak of British and Mediterranean influences shining through again. Diners can try the white truffle and chestnut mushroom risotto (we’d like to think the best risotto in Bath), or the in season classic of light grilled sea bass with crispy fennel and new potatoes.

As ever with Rob’s food, all ingredients are strictly seasonal and local to his kitchen, so expect perfect combinations, vibrant colors and of course exceptional taste.

Drinks wise, we will be serving our renowned array of cocktails and spirits, from classics to bespoke and will also be playing host to some fine beer in the form of local heroes Electric Bear Brewing Co. and London craft big boys Meantime Brewing Co.

And of course you need décor and environment to match the food and drink – all important lighting is supplied by Felix Lighting Specialist based on Bartlett St, artwork by Kay Keogh Keogh and our favourite Julian Chichester furniture adding the comfort aspect.

With our jazz nights and continuing tradition of some of Bath’s best DJ’s playing at the weekend, Circo will be a welcome addition to the ever-popular George Street be that day and night.
