Chesterfield Care Group

Chesterfield Care Group is a registered charity offering services giving opportunities to meet other people and make new friends, and offer age appropriate stimulating activities. We have trained staff to assist with all personal care needs which includes a bathing service upon request. A hot lunch and refreshments are provided throughout the day. Shopping trips and hair dressing are also available.
There are specialised groups which provides support for people with a dementia.
