Care Relief Team

Care Relief Team is a family owned and run domiciliary care service covering North East Derbyshire and Matlock. Established in 1985, we have ample experience and expertise in providing high quality home care and support services to adults and older people. Our services include personal care, shopping, cleaning, social support and outings, medication support/administration and specialist services.

Our care is delivered by highly skilled and experienced carers who are recruited for their outlook and attitude to care. All staff are fully background checked and receive over the national average level of training including opportunities to undertake care related qualifications.

Our ethos and values are good quality, person centred and non-discriminatory care, all our clients are recognised as individuals. We encourage all our Managers, Care Coordinators and Carers to have empathy and to care for our clients in the way they would want their own parents or loved ones to be cared for.

We are the largest provider of home care services in Derbyshire and we are recognised by both the local authority and the Care Quality Commission as providing high quality services.
