Cardwell Fitness – ‘Reach Your Potential!’

Here at Cardwell Fitness my aim is to challenge and motivate individuals to achieve their fitness goals. Whether you want to lose weight, improve fitness or simply participate in something different away from your daily routine, I can help.

Now I know some of you maybe be thinking, ‘I’m nervous’, ‘I don’t want to come on my own’, I’m not fit enough’, well that doesn’t matter. Whatever your age, shape, size, or fitness level, everyone is welcome and individual or group sessions are designed to push you to your own fitness limits.

Boxercise – ‘A workout you will enjoy!’

Boxercise provides a fun and challenging way to exercise in a group setting with like-minded people. It will help you build strength and stamina, improve muscle tone and burn fat!

Boxercise are a mixture of pad work, cardio, resistance and core exercises, where each session is designed to be different to keep you on your toes!

The hour will fly by and at the end of each session you will leave feeling fit, energised and will have burned those unwanted calories!

Remember, whatever your fitness levels you can do it!

Body Bootcamp

Body Bootcamp is an exercise class which includes a mixture of cardio, weight & body resistance and core exercises.

This class aims to help you achieve those goals including weight loss, improving fitness and to sculpt and tone your body.

This class is aimed at all abilities which means that you can work at your own pace. Each session is designed to be different to challenge your body and to ensure that you work at your optimum level and achieve your best possible results.

METAFIT - 'The 30 Minute Workout'

Metafit ia a 30 minute workout that uses bodyweight exercises and no equipment. It is designed to burn fat by working big muscle groups with HIIT Training (High Intensity Interval Training) to gain quick results and will help to create a lean and functionally strong body! The idea is that you work flat out for this length of time at 100% effort! That means your 100% effort and no one elses.

It is a quick and precise method of exercise which is over as quick as it started and carries on burning fat for up to 24 hours afterwards!

Personal Training

As a fully qualified Personal Trainer I offer individual or groups training sessions.

Each session will be individually designed to push you to you limits and will be performed in either a gym or in an outdoor area.

Whether you have specific goals or just want to increase your fitness levels for a healthier lifestyle I can help you get to where you want to be.
